Marilyn E.  Hershberger (Harris)
Marilyn (Harris) McQueeney Hershberger, 86, of Corry, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Corry Manor. She was born in Union City, PA on May 24, 1931, a daughter of Frank Harris and Autumn "Tudy" Roach Harris. She married Thomas McQueeney, he preceded her in death and subsequently married Willard Hershberger, he preceded her in death.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Union City and later the Beaverdam Mennonite Church. She was on the Homecoming Committee.

Marilyn was a graduate of Union City High School.

She is survived by three daughters, Cathy Varish and her husband, Ed of Canonsburg, Sharon Crandall and her husband, Terry of Corry, PA, and Karen Proper of Zephyrhills, FL; two sons, Larry McQueeney and his wife, Peggy of Cantonment, FL and Gary McQueeney and his, wife Denise of Harborcreek; two step-sons, Terry Hershberger and his wife, Marlene of Union City and Tim Hershberger and his wife, Denise of Waterford; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; three brothers, Ron Harris of New Holland, PA, Dave Harris and his wife, Dee of Charleston, SC and Paul Harris and his wife Kathy of Pittsburgh and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents, her two husbands, son in law, Merlin Proper and sister in law, Rose Harris.

Memorial service will be announced at a later date.

Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Union City.

Memorial donations in Marilyn's memory may be made to the Union City Alumni Association, P. O. Box 44, Union City, PA 16438 for the Union City Homecoming Committee.
