Debra Ann Carlini-Noel, 64, of Meadville, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021. She was born on October 16, 1956 in Mars, PA, daughter of the late Edward and Mary Evans Schepps. She married her best friend, Louis Noel on October 13, 1995, he survives.

Debra was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, she worked for Children and Youth Services in their accounting department, she enjoyed crafting, making cards, baking, making cookies and loved her cats and dogs.

In addition to her husband, Louis; she is survived by a son, Edward Carlini and his wife, Maryann of Meadville; three grandchildren, Bradliegh Carlini, Rilee Carlini, and Nicholas Rodgers; a great-grandchild, Aylah Rodgers; and a brother, David Schepps and his wife, Camile of Arizona.

She was proceeded in death by her parents.

Memorial service will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Debra's memory to Bethany United Methodist Church, 140 Wadsworth Ave, Meadville, PA 16335.
