Obituary for John K. Weigle
John "Tim" K. Weigle, 72, of Guys Mills, passed away, Friday, December 9, 2022 at UPMC Shadyside after a brief illness. He was born on December 21, 1949 in Meadville a son of William "Harold" Weigle and Hilda Louise Anthony Weigle. He married Lucy M. Lener on September 2, 1972.
He was a 1968 graduate of Conneaut Lake High School and was employed as a grinder specialist at Channellock, Talon, Proform Tool, and most recently Pinehurst Tool and Die. Tim served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed fishing, collecting coins, hunting, and arrowhead hunting.
In addition to his wife, Lucy, he is survived by a daughter, Gina M. Weigle, and her companion, Andy Clawson of Meadville; a son, John K. Weigle II of Guys Mills; two sister-in-laws, Cathy Pero and her husband, Anthony of Meadville and Heidi Weigle of Conneaut Lake; three brother-in-laws, Jimmy Lener of Meadville, Nick Lener of Meadville, and Richard Reaugh of Hartstown; extended family, Joseph Lobdell and Lee Miller; and many nieces and nephews.
Tim is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Thomas Weigle; and a sister, Terri Reaugh.
Family and friends are welcome to call on Tuesday, December 13th from 6pm-8pm at Ryan M. Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville.
