Obituary for Kenneth M Ferry
Kenneth M. Ferry, 66, of Meadville, passed away, Friday, May 7, 2021 at his residence after a period of illness. He was born on October 2, 1954 in Conneaut Lake, a son of Kenneth A. Ferry, Jr. and Edna G. Callahan Ferry. He married Tammy L. Morales on March 17, 2003.
He was a graduate of Meadville Area High School and attended trade school in New Castle.
Ken was employed as a Hammerman with Rockwell in New Castle and later with Meadville Forging Company until his retirement. He later was employed at the Meadville Club as a bartender.
He was a member of the Meadville Club and VFW Post #2006 in Meadville.
Ken enjoyed flower gardening, golfing, and watching the Green Bay Packers. He will be known for his great sense of humor and making everyone around him laugh.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy L. Ferry of Meadville; two daughters, Lisa Newhard and her husband Robert of Meadville and Kasey Moore and her companion Ben Lykins of New Wilmington; a son, Kenneth M. Ferry, Jr. and his companion Robin Grannis of Slippery Rock; step-children, Patrick Kelly of Butler, Mylan Kelly of Ellwood City, and Amber Kelly and her fiancé Jeremy Elphage of Meadville; twenty-eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and two brothers, John S, Ferry and his wife Kathryn of Meadville and Richard A. Ferry and his wife Cheryl of Meadville.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a step-daughter, Chistina Moose; a brother, Robert E. Ferry; and a sister, Jean Marie Bosco.
