Obituary for Lois Wineland

Lois Estelle Hart Wineland of Meadville, 84, passed away, Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at her residence. She was born on October 7, 1934 in Franklin, PA, a daughter of Carl G. Hart and Helen Lenore Urey Hart. On April 28, 1956, she married, Ronald L. Wineland at the Sandy Lake Presbyterian Church, he preceded her in death on September 26, 2017.

She was a member Presbyterian Church of the Redeemer, lifetime member of Golden Crown #44 Order of Eastern Star, Vernon Central Hose Company, Vernon Central Hose Co. Auxiliary and Vernon Central Vixens Red Hat Society.

Lois is survived by her son, Barton K. Wineland and his wife, Marlene; grandsons, Matthew Barton Wineland and his wife Julie, Mitchell David Wineland and J.R. Harrison; granddaughter, Jessica Marie Miller and her significant other, Lewis Spetiz and Samantha Harrison Jones and her husband Jacob; one great-grandaughter, Caitlyn Marie Louise Steiner; two great-grandsons, Rustin Harrison and Jax Jones; a niece, Sandra Lee McCaulley and a nephew, Harold Carl Hart.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband; a daughter, Ronda Marie Miller Harrison; a brother, Donald Clair Hart; nephew, Donald Bruce Hart and niece, Faith Ann McClintock.

Services will be private.

Memorial donations in Lois’ memory may be made to the Presbyterian Church of the Redeemer, 16864 Conneaut Lake Road, Meadville, PA 16335 or Vernon Central Hose Co. Auxiliary, 16589 McMath Ave., Meadville, PA 16335.
