We were VNV Brothers and then we were ARMC Brothers. It was an honor to know you Brother. I'm not real good at these kind of things but I wanted to say that you will be missed by many, but you will also be remembered in out hearts forever. Loved you then Brother, love you still. Ride with the wind, you earned it! LRB

It saddens us greatly to hear of the passing of Rick Loya. Our families were friends and neighbors in Riverside, California when our children were growing up. We have fond memories of birthday parties, swim parties, camping excursions, hunting trips, and nightly neighborhood walks. Rick, a very generous and giving person, and a jack-of-all-trades helped us on many a project, as we tried to navigate the problems of first time home ownership and the constant maintenance that goes with it. Although we lost touch after they moved out of state, our memories of Rick and his family have stayed with us always. Again, we are deeply saddened. Rest in peace Rick Loya.

With Love,
Barb, Mark, Michael, and Jon Dugan

The world lost a great man yesterday. I have been fortunate to know Rick almost my whole life, and through the many ups and downs of a stepfather/stepson relationship, I'm proud to call him my dad. I genuinely believe he influenced my life more than any other person and feel that world has been left a better place because of him. Until we meet you Dad.
