Obituary for Walter J. Zinno

Walter J. Zinno, 68, of Meadville, passed away, Friday, April 9, 2021 at Meadville Medical Center. He was born on January 5, 1953 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania a son of Walter B. Zinno and Virginia Calasabetta Zinno. He married Patricia E. Breyne on December 11, 1993.

He was a 1970 graduate of North Hills High School and following graduation he attended Robert Morris University.

Walter was a man of many skills, owning and operating numerous successful businesses over the years. He retired to become a realtor for ERA Richmond Realty Service.

He will be remembered for the laughter he brought to everyone around him as well as his love for hunting, fly fishing, food, and music.

Walter was of the Catholic faith and was also a twice Past Master of the Blue Lodge Freemasons.

He is survived by his wife, Patrica E. Zinno; his beloved black lab, Abby; a son, Matthew Zinno and his wife Brittney; a daughter, Rebekah McWain and her husband Aaron; stepsons, Damian Vaccaro and his wife Kristianne, Ryan Vaccaro and his wife Carrie, and Marc Vaccaro and his wife Bonnie; and eight grandchildren, Nicky, Chris, Corrina, Alex, Luisa, Marcella, Luke, and Gabe.

A celebration of life BBQ will be held, Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Mt. Hope Golf Course, 29790 State Rte 27, Guys Mills, PA.
