Bill will be greatly missed. He was a good neighbor. I am especially gonna miss his "good morning, dear" being yelled from across the street. We as neighbors looked out for him. Especially our neighbor and friend, Janet. We looked forward to the nice weather so we could work on his flowers and plants. Bill was very kind hearted. He will forever be in our hearts.
