Debra J. Elder, 62, of Union City, passed away, on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 15, 1955 in Conneaut, Ohio a daughter of Gerald William Lazarow and Elaine J. Konopa Lazarow.

She was a 1974 graduate of Girard High School.

Debra saw God in everything around her, had a passion for gardening and baking, and had an unconditional love for animals and her family.

She is survived by her mother, Elaine J. Lazarow of Union City; four sisters, Melodie Wolfe of Flordia, Jo Ann Smith of Union City, Melissa Siliga and her husband Tile of Samoa; and Laura L. Daley of Centerville; three brothers, Giovanne V. Lazarow and his wife Linda of York, PA, Gerald William Lazarow II of Texas, and Anthony J. Lazarow of Union City; a maternal uncle, Joe Konopa of West Springfield; and an abundance of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.

Debra was preceded in death by her father; and grandparents, Joe and Anna Konopa.

There will be no services held at this time.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Debra's memory to Warren-Glenn Funeral Home, 62 S. Main Street, Union City, PA 16438 to help with funeral expenses.
