Several years ago when St. Agatha Church was just beginning its Oktoberfest event, Betty was so very kind to come down to the church Center and teach us cooks how to make warm German Potato Salad.  She reminded us repeatedly not to double the recipe but make only five pounds at a tme and it would turn out much better.  She gave us the recipe and for all the remaining years that we celebrated Oktoberfest, we made Betty's wondetful warm Geman Potato Salad.  Thank you Betty for sharing your recipe and helping us celebrate all through those years.
